Are your crystals real?
Yes. Our crystals are natural and carefully selected. Since crystals are products of nature, color, size, texture, and shape may vary.
What is a Lucky Scoop?
A Lucky Scoop is a mystery-style crystal selection. Each order is randomly packed, so every package is unique and full of surprises.
Can I choose specific crystals?
Specific items cannot be guaranteed for mystery products. You may leave a note with preferences, and we will try our best to consider them.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time is usually within 7 business days. Shipping normally takes 10–20 business days depending on your country and carrier.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only for quality issues, damage, or incorrect items. Due to the nature of mystery products, we do not accept returns based on personal preference.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and help you find the best solution.
